Human Care's share capital is divided into 2,705,300 shares with a quota value of SEK 1.00 each.
Human Care's shares have been listed on OMX since 13 August 2003. The stock is placed under Fist North today, where Remium is the company’s certified advisers. Each person entitled to vote may vote at the general meeting for the number of shares not subject to voting restrictions that he or she owns and represents. Each share gives equal entitlement to the company's assets and profit, and each share gives entitlement to one vote.
Dividend policy
Human Care's dividends shall, over the course of a business cycle, give shareholders a competitive direct return compared with similar listed companies. The Board's aim is that the annual dividend should be 30-50% of the group's profit after tax. When determining the size of the dividend, Human Care's potential for sustainable profit, cash flow, investment requirements and financial position in general shall also be taken into consideration. The Board also wishes that Human Care should have the best possible capital structure at any given time.
