Information policy
Human Care's relationships, including those with the capital market, are of great importance in terms of the company's development opportunities. The main responsibility for maintaining these relationships lies with the company's Managing Director. The company complies with the listing agreement entered into with the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Among other things, this means that all information about significant company events which could affect the company's status should be made public without delay. Only the Chairman of the Board or the Managing Director are authorised to make statements on behalf of Human Care.
In certain cases, one of them may appoint someone else to make a statement on behalf of the company within clearly defined areas. The company has a policy of submitting a forecast/assessment in relation to the financial year when publishing its quarterly interim reports.
In line with the requirement to provide information, the forecast will be confirmed or amended as soon as any such new information becomes available.
